Initial Consultation
An Initial Consultation is required before starting any program. During the initial consultation the trainer will do a behavioral assessment as well as assess where the dog is at mentally, physically and within their training. The trainer will meet you outside for a walk around your neighborhood for your assessment to get introduced in a non confrontational way, during your walk trainer will take notes and fill out initial paperwork. Trainer will also discuss the needs of the owners and reasonable goals to be set within the training program. This will be the time to ask/answer any questions you may have and give any extra background information that may be important to note.
Consultation Fee:
The fee for the initial consultation starts at $45 per hour,
additional travel fee of $1 per mile may apply based on location.

Puppy Program
Our puppy program is the perfect starter for dogs 8 weeks - 6 months old. In our puppy program we teach all of the puppy basics to build a great foundation including basic obedience, confidence building, neutrality, cooperative care training and desensitization. Sessions can be broken down into different amounts of time depending on the specific puppies attention span.
Training Rate:
The trainer will pick up and drop off the puppy at your home, taking them for a session without the owner. Sessions can also be done in-home to work on household desensitization, crate training, potty training etc. Rates start at $50 per 30 minutes.
Private 1 on 1 Rate:
The trainer will work with you as the handler and teach you hands on how to train your dog in a 1 on 1 private session, rates start at $125 per hour.
Training Rate:

Basic Obedience Program
Our Basic Obedience Program lays down the foundation of basics to build off of. Dogs can learn Sit, Down, Up, Off, Through, Heel and Implied Stay's with incorporated agility and confidence building exercises. Owners will also be given optional at home commands to learn such as threshold training, place command, crate training etc. These can also be worked into your program, programs are customizable based on the dog and owners needs.

Behavioral Modification Program
Our Behavioral Modification Program is for dogs with Reactivity or Behavioral Issues such as barking, lunging, biting etc. Dogs will learn commands in our Basic Obedience Program with a heavy emphasis on neutrality, dog will also have direct individual issues addressed.

Board and Train Program
Our Board and Train Program is for dogs that can benefit from a structured jumpstart in their training journey. This is a Single dog opportunity, only one additional dog will be taken on at a time (in addition to the resident dog in the home who will be a role model and training buddy). Dogs will stay in their trainers home and be integrated in to the pack as one of our own, following our daily routine and coming along for all of our adventures!
Dogs will learn commands in our Basic Obedience Program, place/settle/decompression skills, impulse control around exciting activities (no jumping on or humping the guests!), Leash manners, confidence building skills, desensitization to household sounds, neutrality towards other dogs And more! They will also get the option of joining client sessions, group classes, pack hikes, scent work classes, dock diving class and workshops or other special events happening at the time of their board.
Dogs will also have direct individual issues addressed such as resource Guarding, reactivity, Aggression, desensitization to grooming aids, puppy potty training and foundation ect.
2 Week Board & Train Rate:
A 2 week Board and Train is ideal for dogs that only need a basic foundation of training skills built. This is not ideal for dog that have behavioral issues. The 2 week Board and Train Rate is $1,400. This includes a 14 day Board and Train, a go home session, 2 private sessions with your trainer to transfer learned skills and teach owner handling (60 min each) and 4 group classes.
4 Week Board & Train Rate:
A 4 week Board and Train is ideal for dogs that need foundation skills and moderate behavioral issues addressed. The 4 week Board and Train Rate is $2,800. This includes a 28 day Board and Train, a go home session, 4 private sessions with your trainer to transfer learned skills and teach owner handling (60 min each) and 8 group classes.
6 Week Board & Train Rate:
A 6 week Board and Train is ideal for dogs that need more time to adjust or more severe behavioral issues addressed. This may also be a great choice for your puppy to learn potty training and house training skills. The 6 week Board and Train Rate is $3,500 This includes a 42 day Board and Train, a go home session, 6 private sessions with your trainer to transfer learned skills and teach owner handling (60 min each) and 12 group classes offered by Thriving Vine Canine Dog Training.
Vacation Rate:
Vacation Boarding can be offered for those who only need a few days of boarding and not in home sitting. The vacation Board rate is $100 per day.

Private sessions will be available before and after your board and train to help keep you on track. A non-Refundable deposit of $500 will be required at the time of booking your Board and Train Program this will go towards your total cost. The final payment will be due on pick up day for your remaining balance. The cancellation policy for Board and Train programs will be 7 days in advance or you will be required to pay the full fee for the space that was saved for you. You will be sent updates and communication throughout your board, as well as clear instructions and homework to do once your dog comes home. A vet check prior to your board will also be required, dogs must have a clean bill of health before board as changing environments and routine can be stressful for the first few days. If anything abnormal occurs your will be notified.
